A little bit more pattern mixing with accessories today.  I planned to wear my white wedges with this look, but I have been doing a little 'fall cleaning' and forgot how obsessed I am with my leopard booties.

I mentioned last week that stripes are a great simple pattern to mix with other prints.  Leopard is another one that should be treated as a neutral.  The colors in leopard are often simple which allows you to pair it with other, brighter prints, like this ice cream cone dress :)

With leopard, stripes & any other patterns you choose to mix and match, my number one style tip is to keep at least one color constant throughout.  In this look, the black and brown shades in the booties match the cones, so brown anchors the entire look.
