Every season, we have those old reliable favorites and some new favorite trends that get mixed in. I am a long time lover of jewel tones in the fall - burgundy, especially, but even more so than burgundy this season, I have been loving & purchasing all things olive green. Any sweater, jacket or dress that comes in the shade - I choose it. Over the weekend, I purchased a military inspired green sweater dress, recently got an olive bomber jacket and today am wearing this gorgeous olive & black polka dot dress from the Eva Mendes Collection at NY & Company.




I decided to dress this look up a bit with heeled booties, a quilted bag and a belt to show off my waist. At the last second, my mom mentioned that she thought the look needed a necklace and I'm so glad I listened to her. This Chloe & Isabel necklace adds the perfect amount of sparkle to this outfit.
