Now that summer is approaching, it's time to stock up on beach accessories.  I have a ton of cover ups and flip flops from previous summers that are still in relatively good shape, but on my wishlist was a great beach bag! I ended up with this one from ASOS and couldn't be happier with the style & bright colors of this tote, but tracking it down was quite the ordeal.  Read on to hear my quest to find the perfect beach bag this summer...

We all know I'm a gal that loves her bags, but designer pieces just aren't going to cut it for a beach bag that I can only use for a limited amount of time during the year.  I had a few requirements for my beach bag this summer & let me tell you, it was not as easy to find as I thought.  I wanted a bag that A. was bright, colorful & different from those that I see on the beach all the time (Victoria's Secret's free gift beach bags were a no-no), B. was not made of stiff straw fabric - I store my beach items away in the off season, so I needed a bag that could lay flat and be stored away for the winter time, C. was ideally under $50 - since I only use the bag for 2-3 months, I wasn't looking to spend a fortune.
