J has worked on a marina for years now but it's just recently that he was able to get his hands on his own boat, so naturally, we've been spending more time down at the marina and going for rides out on his boat.  This past weekend we spent some time at the marina for a BBQ and I thought, what better place for a nautical outfit than a boat yard?  This striped jumpsuit got a ton of compliments and my navy hat was the perfect finishing touch for a 90 degree afternoon.





I am such a fan of a good wide brim hat, especially for beach days & days that we go out on the boat.  They are perfect for keeping the sun out of my eyes and protecting my face & hair from the UV rays.  I switched it up this time and ordered a navy straw hat.  I love how different and stylish it is compared to a typical straw hat!
