I wore this look at the end of last week to the Lulu's Style Studio event. It was so awesome to meet some of the bloggers that I follow and admire. Meeting other bloggers is so fun because we have this connection that I don't have with others - how hard we all work on our blogs! I don't think anyone understands how much time & planning it takes for each post better than another blogger, so being able to meet some of the gals is such a treat!

I decided to dive in head first into the texture trend for this event by wearing this gorgeous suede dress from Zara. I love the longer sleeve and higher neck since the length is so short! Side note: This is definitely a standing-only dress! No sitting, stretching or bending ;) I am also obsessed with the button up style. I have seen a bunch of skirts, suede and denim, that button up the front so I love that this dress does the same.
Texture and fabric is one of my favorite trends for fall right now. I am loving leather, denim and suede! They are such fun, versatile trends that all ages and body types can wear.. and should!! From shoes and jackets to skirts and dresses, these materials can be worn solo or mixed and matched. Stay tuned for next week when I show off my denim/leather NYFW look ;)
