I'm gonna vent for a minute here....I don't care what size or shape you are, shopping for denim is HARD. Finding jeans that are the perfect waist size, length, color, have the right amount of stretch, make your butt look bigger (or smaller) & make your legs look long and lean sounds practically impossible...and really, it is almost impossible. It takes tons of trying on & dancing in the dressing room to really figure out if a pair of jeans is perfect for you.
So I'm sure you all will be shocked to hear that I found my latest pair of jeans at one of the most unlikely, yet one of all of our favorite, stores: Target.
That's right. The jeans I'm wearing today are from Target, cost me under $30 and fit me perfectly.
I had MEANT to stop at Target last weekend to pick up a dessert for a BBQ & maybe check out some throw pillows to match the bedding I recently bought, but being the shopaholic & denim lover that I am, I ended up in the dressing room trying on tons of styles of jeans - from boyfriend fit to distressed to tie die to these classic skinnies.
Target is full of different types of jeans to fit all body types for a fraction of the cost of a pair of designer jeans. I loved that the jeans put the waist size, shape & length right on the tag - guesswork not included.
I went for a high waist, skinny style with extra stretch & a shorter length of 28'' so that I could show off my ankles. I love this classic vibe of this look paired with the sleeveless white tank & neutral accessories.

Denim is SO HARD to shop for! I have such a tough time finding the perfect fit. And, when I do, I literally keep the jeans FOREVER hahaha.

Same! I have jeans that are from high school that I still love! It's definitely the hardest item to buy!
