Is anyone else as glad as I am that athleisure became a trend and has stuck around? I love incorporating jogger pants, sweatshirts & sneakers into my outfits & love the comfort factor that goes along with them. Today I'm focusing on sneakers & ways to pull them off no matter what the rest of your outfit looks like.

1. FOR WORK - keep it simple when wearing your sneakers to work. Opt for a sleek, neutral colored pair & make sure they are clean (no mud stains for the office)!! Pair them with a simple outfit. Stick to classic shapes & colors like black skinny pants or a pencil skirt, a sleek tote & a white or cream colored button down. Finish off the look with a blazer for an extra dash of professionalism.

2. FOR WEEKEND - the ultimate weekend style - jogger pants or fitted sweats, a tee shirt & a denim jacket or bomber jacket. This look is perfect for everything from going to the gym to grabbing brunch with the gals. Add a baseball cap & backpack to complete your 'I woke up like this' look.

3. DATE NIGHT - pair your sneakers with the most girly, most fun dress you can find. Pink, florals, ruffles - yes, yes, yes. Finish the look with more girly accessories. My only tip - avoid a maxi dress so you can show off your sneakers ;). I opted for this fun, flowy Free People tunic dress. I love the brightness of the hot pink & orange. I finished off the look with one more sunset shade: yellow & added my white sneakers to balance out the girlishness of this dress.

Hope you all have a great weekend planned! J & I saw Baby Driver last night & it turned out to be way better than I expected. I definitely recommend it if you don't have plans!
