I know I'm not the only one who has been noticing statement sleeves everywhere this season, right?? I'm kind of obsessed with this trend (also seen here, here & here) because it's a trend you can wear to the office & out on the town. I am all about a ruffle sleeve, bell sleeve or bow sleeves on a dress or top. It's such a nice touch to just about every top or dress & as seen on this dress, there's no such thing as too big a bell ;)
This bell sleeved NY & Company floral dress didn't need much so I simply paired it with black strappy sandals & my new white circle bag!
