That first photo is not a postcard; it's REAL life.  Doesn't Aruba look like an absolute dream? My family had such a great & relaxing week away.  We spent our days lying on the beach & nights strolling the town & eating way too much at dinner. But, isn't that what vacation is all about? Food, fun & a deep tan. Above is a peek of some of the dressier outfits that my sister & I wore while on the trip.  A majority of our time spent packing before the trip wasn't so much 'what should we bring?' but rather, 'how can we coordinate?'
