Savory Bagel

Plain Bagel
Roma Tomato
Shaved Parmesan
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Cream Cheese

Core tomato and cut into ½" dice. Toast bagel, 2-3 minutes. Top bagel evenly with cream cheese, diced tomato, and shaved parmesan. Garnish with everything bagel seasoning. Bon appétit!

Chicken Scampi Spaghetti (serves 6)

Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Garlic Cloves
 1 Lemon
24oz Diced Chicken Breasts
1 lb Spaghetti
12 oz Light Cream
1 Ciabetta
6 tsp Chicken Base
1 tsp Garlic Salt

Preheat over to 400 degrees & bring water to a boil on stove.

Cut ciabatta into 1" pieces.  Cut one half of lemon into wedges and juice the other half. Mince garlic. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain & set aside. While pasta cooks, place ciabatta pieces on a baking sheet & spread with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Bake until toasted, 8-10 mins. While ciabatta toasts, cook chicken. 

Place a large pan over medium/high heat. Add 2 tsp of olive oil. Cook chicken, 5-7 mins until cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate & set aside.

Using the same pan, return to medium/high heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add garlic to pan and stir for 30-60 seconds. Add cream and chicken base & bring to a boil. Stir in pasta, salt, pepper & garlic salt until heated. Remove from burner; stir in chicken, ciabattaparmesan cheese, & 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Plate dish & garnish with parmesan cheese. Bon appétit!

Margherita Pizza

Shaved Parmesan
Fresh Mozzarella Balls
Grape Tomatoes
Naan Flatbread
Marinara Sauce
(Optional: Add any other ingredients you have in the house)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Halve mozzarella balls. Halve grape tomatoes.

Bake flatbreads directly on rack in over for 6-8 minutes until crisp. Remove and place on a baking sheet.

Spread marinara sauce on flatbread. Top with parmesan, mozzarella, tomatoes & any other ingredients. Bake in oven until cheese is melted, 5-7 mins.

Let flatbreads cool for 2 mins before eating. Bon appétit!
