How was everyone's New Year?! It's always exciting to welcome in a new year - so many new adventures, goals & opportunities to be excited about! After 2016 being a such a mess, I am ready for a fresh start & am feeling positive about this year already! I have a feeling it's going to be a good one ;). Now on to today's outfit...
I have actually worn this exact outfit 3 times since Christmas (don't judge me, I saw different people each time I wore it, so no one knew except me 😋 (ps. anyone else do that??)). I love the way the boho blouse pairs with these Dolce Vita OTK boots. It's no surprise that I love OTK boot styles; not only do I love the way they look, but I also love that they keep my legs warm during the cold weather since they come up so high! I have 2 pairs of Stuart Weitzman boots (see in black here & in burgundy here) that I wear all the time. SO for Christmas, I asked for a brown pair of OTK boots to complete my collection. (Thanks Mom & Dad!) This pair is chunkier & slouchier than my other pairs, but they are definitely one of my favorite pairs of shoes to wear lately. Prepare to see them a lot ;)

So gorgeous! I love those boots! I finally broke down and bought a pair of black suede OTK boots this Christmas. I was torn between black or brown. I was afraid to buy them because they are so expensive and I thought they would get dated too fast. But after three years of seeing them in blog land, they won me over. Hopefully they'll still be trending next year!

They are on sale so they are definitely worth getting. I love everything about them :) It isn't that warm - I had to through a jacket on right after these photos, but the coat would have ruined my look. Pain is beauty :) Happy New Year!
